What to Expect
We offer a bespoke service; our staff will care for you from the moment of your initial enquiry up until your final review. Whether our first contact is via a phone call or responding to an email, We will try and obtain as much information as possible in order to arrange for you to see the most relevant member of our team.
Initial Contact
Arrival and Consultation
Your initial appointment will be detailed. You’ll fill out a medical history questionnaire if you have not already done so via the download form section of our website. We may take photographs and relevant X-rays that will complement our clinical examination.
Consultation
This will be followed by a discussion on your bespoke treatment options and we will be able to show or email to you before and after photos of similar cases as well as your individual bespoke treatment plan and associated cost breakdown.All that is discussed will be detailed in a concise clinical report.
Treatment
Throughout, we will be available five days a week, at the other end of the phone, to make sure any worries or concerns which you have are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Post Treatment Care
When your treatment is over, we’re pretty confident that we’ll have got everything right. However, to be on the safe side, we continue seeing patients for post-treatment review – to ensure that everything has gone smoothly and to address any concerns or reservations no matter how small.
